Samarkand Plov: Master Class with a Local Chef

Immerse yourself in Uzbekistan's culinary culture together with a local chef in an atmospheric ethno-courtyard. You'll experience a full immersion into tradition — from baking bread in a tandoor to preparing authentic Uzbek plov step by step: zirvak, rice, and slow simmering. While the plov simmers, try your hand at ceramic painting inspired by local ornaments. The day concludes with a generous dastarkhan feast — you'll taste the plov you cooked yourself, along with national dishes and drinks, in welcoming company. A perfect choice for those who want to get closer to the local culture and cuisine of Samarkand.
